During the purchase process of our home, where JIP Makelaars were the selling agents, we were confronted with poor and incomplete communication about the bidding procedure, behavior that suggested a lack of awareness of the protocols during the notarial transfer, and intimidating statements and actions when reporting a hidden defect. We experienced the agent's attitude as lacking transparency, - customer focus and - unprofessionalism. Thanks to our own efforts and legal advice – without any help from the selling agent – we were ultimately able to reach a settlement with the sellers themselves. This experience has damaged our trust in the real estate agency.
