Even after negotiating commission, a rather expensive real estate agent but I had a good feeling about him. If you call the real estate agent himself, he doesn't answer but only calls back after 36 hours, even if you request a callback through the office. Presumably, he takes on too much work which means you don't get much time with the real estate agent himself. He is knowledgeable, though.

Unreliable! On the day of the signing of the deed for our house, we discovered during a pleasant chat with the buyers that they are very good friends of our realtor Mr. D. van 't Hooft. Our realtor failed to disclose this fact to us. The buyers (the friendly family) were the first viewers. According to the realtor, another viewer came afterwards, but he already indicated that day that he was not interested. Looking back on the entire course of events (including initially advising a low selling price), we now seriously doubt the integrity of this realtor. As an NVM realtor, did he act in our best interest as clients? We now think that there were multiple interested parties and that he kept them at arm's length. If we had known about his connection with the buyers, we might have made very different choices. The unprofessional conduct of the realtor unfortunately provides room for this doubt.

He can’t look in my wallet to see how much I earn, but already had a negative attitude and spoke to me as if I were a criminal or something, while I have a respectable job with a high income. I am still furious when I think about this. If I'm going to buy a house, it definitely won’t be the houses that this realtor offers. Clearly a racist man who reacts out of envy. I would prefer not to give this realtor any stars. If you happen to come across your dream house and see that Rob is selling it, look elsewhere. As a selling realtor, he's probably top-notch. But what a drama. Being ignored by him for weeks. Then excuses about going out with my back (he was walking quite well over Bisonspoor at the time and you don’t answer emails with your back). His mailbox that wasn’t working when he was on vacation (but he could still email saying it didn't work). He probably only let the previous residents of our house read the last email from us, in which we stated that we shouldn’t proceed with legal action?! Because they indicated that we weren’t very nice. They probably didn’t know that we had been constantly emailing and calling for 3 weeks. We also wanted to have the crawl space inspected but Rob said it wasn't necessary. Because there were no floors here. And we could look at our neighbors and across the street, because he had sold those houses too. Eventually, we did have an inspection carried out and what turned out; floor and 5 flooring sections that need to be repaired. What should have been a fun and exciting time was a tense and frustrating time.
