Rick is not only a skilled professional but also a very pleasant person to work with and he doesn't rest until everything is arranged perfectly, both for us as the seller but also for the buyer.
Worked very nicely with Rick, a good connection from the first contact. Everything went smoothly, communication was fast and clear. Rick was always easily accessible and perfectly thought along with us. For us, the process has been very pleasant and positive thanks to this as well.
Very disappointing experience. My offer on a property was accepted, and I even received the draft purchase agreement. Shortly thereafter, the sale was unilaterally withdrawn and the property was assigned to someone else. A request from my advisor to extend the term for financing condition by two weeks (no requirement, just a preference) was interpreted as a renegotiation. Subsequently, we were pressured to sign without a financing clause, which is absolutely irresponsible – especially not as an entrepreneur. The communication was cumbersome and trust in the process was completely lacking. This is not how you treat buyers. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this real estate agent.
