Once and never again! A message/question was posted via funda about the house. Subsequently, an email was returned asking if we wanted to view it. After some back-and-forth emailing where there was little possibility on the weekend. My husband did everything (rearranged work, studies, and childcare) to still be able to view it at a specified option. This was confirmed by phone, but he also indicated that he wanted to be honest that there were already 2 serious offers BUT read carefully: “He thinks everyone deserves a fair chance” so of course we can go look. I stated that I was also serious and without any feedback, the appointment can proceed as planned. Just received 2 confirmation emails 10 minutes after hanging up saying we are welcome. An hour before leaving, I receive a phone call asking if it’s still happening because he is not sure if we can still be accommodated. I am very surprised and waiting for feedback. To then be called again with the message that the bids listed are fine and they have decided to cancel the appointment. 1. To determine this unilaterally from the real estate agent without any consultation or pardon is quite despicable, especially considering everything that had to be arranged beforehand. 2. First playing the moral knight about everyone deserves a chance to then dismiss us in the short term. Never again for us. *1 star is already too much
