It was overall nice but beware that they will always be busy dealing with other customers too so they will keep coming up with excuses for not showing up for the viewings unless you really push for it. They also will not join you at the notary. Their back office is also quite slow.

And that's three.. After selling our previous house and buying our current one, again through Overduyn, our current home on Groenvliet was sold. Team Overduyn knows the market like no other, but also appears to have a large potential customer base who know what they want.
