Decisive for me was their well-considered sales strategy (about which I was excellently informed) and the preparatory market research of my living environment to support the strategy. My apartment was sold within 10 days in both cases. They were also involved and available in the guidance before, during the assessment of bids, and after.

Due to the market which has become worse since last year, the sale took longer than expected and the appraisal price was also not achieved because of this.
