Wij kozen voor Rijnpoort Makelaars, omdat onze zoon zeer goede ervaringen had met 2x aankoop/1x verkoop van woningen en het regelen van de hypotheek. Rijnpoort Makelaar, in my case the selling broker, did not mention that the object they were selling was missing permits. A permit was missing for the roof terrace and one was missing for the floor with which an entire extra story had been created. I will not put all the details here, but believe me, pay close attention. They promised me as a buyer to contact me if they had sorted out the permits...I have heard nothing more. However, I have suffered thousands of euros in damages.
