De verkoopvoorbereiding vond plaats in een vakantieperiode, hierdoor verliep de voorbereiding niet geheel vlekkeloos, hierin lag ruimte voor verbetering. Mijn vrouw en ik willen graag onze ervaring met Gerald delen. Vanaf het moment dat we de woning bezochten, werden we ontzettend hartelijk door hem verwelkomd. Pieter heeft vanaf het begin tot het einde van het verkoopproces ons uitermate goed geadviseerd en geholpen. Er is volop meegedacht en nagenoeg alles is uit handen genomen rondom het proces maar altijd in goed overleg met ons. We werden op de hoogte gehouden en konden ook eigen ideeën inbrengen. De lijntjes zijn kort en konden bij wijze van spreken dag en nacht vragen stellen aan het hele kantoor. Zijn altijd netjes geholpen en te woord gestaan. We zijn dan ook meer dan tevreden en zou Overduyn Makelaars zeker adviseren aan anderen.

We zijn heel tevreden en blij met al het werk dat jullie als team en vooral Pieter in het bijzonder hebben verricht. Het persoonlijke contact hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. De goede adviezen rondom foto’s, styling, bezichtigingen hebben gezorgd dat we het huis snel en goed hebben kunnen verkopen. Onze dank is groot.

de zoektocht naar een goede en prijsgunstige makelaar vinden was een dingetje , maar dit is een vakkundig kantoor, goede afspraken en begeleiding.

Vanaf het eerste gesprek tot na de verkoop zijn we perfect geholpen met de verkoop van onze woning. De communicatie en samenwerking met het team van Arendonk was heel prettig.

Contact liep goed alhoewel de makelaar erg druk was. Verder goede service en deskundigheid. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Contact was erg goed, werd op elke vraag snel gereageerd of dat nu via telefoon, app of op kantoor was. Het hele team gaf ons het gevoel belangrijk te zijn. Ook toen de eerste kopers moesten afhaken pakte Rob het gelijk op door de volgende geïnteresseerde direct te benaderen. Rob overlegde alles met ons en pakte zijn rol waar nodig, zelfs toen hij ons tegen onszelf moest beschermen en zakelijk moest blijven. Hoe moeilijk dat ook voor hem was. Prettige makelaar, deskundig en toegankelijk. Erg tevreden over de aankoop van het nieuwe huis. Over de verkoop zijn we iets minder tevreden. Vooral de planning en de communicatie had proactiever gemogen. Wij vermoeden dat dit door de drukte kwam, maar het gaat als verkoper wel over je zorgvuldig opgebouwde eigen vermogen. Verder prettig contact en zorgvuldige afhandeling.

Een zeer bekwame en betrokken makelaar. Alle werknemers zijn vriendelijk en welwillend om te helpen. Absoluut een aanrader.

Een makelaar die met je meedenkt, in alle tijden bereikbaar is en je op de hoogte houdt. Je huis verkopen of op zoek naar iets nieuws. Bij Aarendonk moet je zijn.

Aarendonk is een enthousiaste zeer gedreven makelaar die de lokale markt erg goed kent. Zoek je een enthousiaste makelaar? Zoek niet verder! De woning was heel snel verkocht door tussenkomst van de aankoopmakelaar van de huidige kopers.

Van begin tot het eind, stap voor stap vriendelijk begeleid met deskundige advies over hoe het huis het beste aan te bieden voor verkoop.

Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over het contact met Aarendonk. Wij hebben Rob als een zeer integere en vakkundige makelaar ervaren maar natuurlijk het hele team eromheen was ook top! Kortom van ons krijgen jullie een dikke 10!

Iedereen was erg fijn in zijn of haar contact. Bas en ook Rob hebben ons ook fantastisch geholpen en stonden altijd paraat voor ons en nog steeds!

Heel prettig contact met Rob Polderman en zijn medewerkers. Ze hebben mij deskundig bij gestaan met de verkoop en op alle mogelijke manieren geholpen, ook met geregel middels computer. Het valt niet mee om na zoveel jaren woonplezier in je eigen woning eveneens afscheid van die periode in je leven te moeten nemen. Dat begrijpen ze. Fijn om een makelaar te hebben die echt ontzorgd!

Contact met Aarendonk verliep erg prettig. Zeer tevreden met de snelle verkoop van de woning met daarbij een mooie verkoopprijs. Van begin tot eind ontzorgt. Het gehele team van Aarendonk is zeer deskundig!

Alles verliep vlekkeloos, Rob heeft het correct ingeschat en zijn collega's actief behandeld. Extra service was geen enkel probleem.
