10 Jan 2025Mijn vrouw en ik willen graag onze ervaring met Gerald delen. Vanaf het moment dat we de woning bezochten, werden we ontzettend hartelijk door hem verwelkomd. We hebben nog nooit een makelaar meegemaakt zoals Gerald. Zijn enthousiasme en persoonlijke benadering waren echt bijzonder. In plaats van ons simpelweg “kijk maar rond” te laten doen, zoals we bij eerdere makelaars gewend waren, leidde Gerald ons rond alsof het zijn eigen woning was. Hij nam de tijd om ons op ons gemak te stellen, wat we erg waardeerden. Het voelde alsof hij écht betrokken was en niet zomaar een bezichtiging afwerkte. Helaas was de ligging van deze woning niet naar wens voor mijn vrouw, maar Gerald gaf ons een geweldige tip om ons in te schrijven op een website. Dat heeft ons nieuwe energie gegeven in onze zoektocht naar een huis. Kortom, Gerald is een makelaar die zijn vak met passie uitoefent en echt oog heeft voor zijn klanten. Bedankt, Gerald, voor de fijne ervaring!

Dankzij hun advies hebben we een scherper bod kunnen neerleggen en achteraf een hoop geld bespaard. 27 Feb 2025Eerlijkheid, openheid, deskundigheid en vertrouwen zijn de kwaliteiten die passen bij Overduyn Makelaars. Pieter heeft vanaf het begin tot het einde van het verkoopproces ons uitermate goed geadviseerd en geholpen. Er is volop meegedacht en nagenoeg alles is uit handen genomen rondom het proces maar altijd in goed overleg met ons. We werden op de hoogte gehouden en konden ook eigen ideeën inbrengen. De lijntjes zijn kort en konden bij wijze van spreken dag en nacht vragen stellen aan het hele kantoor. Zijn altijd netjes geholpen en te woord gestaan. We zijn dan ook meer dan tevreden en zou Overduyn Makelaars zeker adviseren aan anderen.

04 Jan 2025Contact was erg goed, werd op elke vraag snel gereageerd of dat nu via telefoon, app of op kantoor was. Het hele team gaf ons het gevoel belangrijk te zijn. Ook toen de eerste kopers moesten afhaken pakte Rob het gelijk op door de volgende geïnteresseerde direct te benaderen. Rob overlegde alles met ons en pakte zijn rol waar nodig, zelfs toen hij ons tegen onszelf moest beschermen en zakelijk moest blijven. Hoe moeilijk dat ook voor hem was. Voor ons zijn het echte toppers…

Vooral de planning en de communicatie had proactiever gemogen. Wij vermoeden dat dit door de drukte kwam, maar het gaat als verkoper wel over je zorgvuldig opgebouwde eigen vermogen.
