Ultimately, we had to have the entire bathroom demolished. The new bathroom cost us €15000,-. The sellers initially wanted to accommodate us and after a few days they backed out. The downstairs toilet also had yellow stains on the ceiling. You could also say we should have paid better attention or had a building inspection carried out. That’s right! But you also expect honesty from the other party! Both the agent and the sellers of the house felt very sorry for us, and that's where it ended.
