Absoluut zielige service, liep de bezichtiging binnen, had meteen een probleem met het spreken van Engels, wilde me alleen de benedenruimte laten zien, hij wilde me de slaapkamers boven niet laten zien, en terwijl ik boven was nodigde hij de nieuwe bezoekers uit en joeg me het huis uit, volslagen slechte professionaliteit

Het contact verliep soepel, in het informatiegesprek werd duidelijk besproken hoe de markt ervoor staat en de afspraken met eventuele kopers werden goed geïnformeerd.

Hilbert is een topper! Nadat wij in 2017 via Financieel Vooruit onze hypotheek hadden overgesloten, hadden wij al zeer goede ervaringen. Bij de verkoop van onze oude woning in 2019 bleek Hilbert ook een zeer prettige en kundige verkoopmakelaar. Het spreekt voor zich dat wij hem ook gevraagd hebben voor de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning in 2019. Hilbert is zeer deskundig, accuraat, snel en kent de markt heel goed.

Makelaar was fijn in contact, makkelijk bereikbaar. Alles van te voren goed uitgelegd. Woning zou bovenaan funda komen, echter lijkt dat niet gebeurd te zijn toen we er zelf naar hebben gekeken. Ook niet op social media voorbij zien komen. Jammer dat we de brochure zelf niet hebben gezien. Voor de rest allemaal top en zijn we goed geholpen en tevreden.

I rented an apartment from 050vastgoed for just over a year. Friendly and good contact throughout my time. Minor maintenance, of course, was carried out myself. For larger maintenance work, they come quickly. Very friendly maintenance service. Handover and final inspection were carried out neatly.

DON'T RENT FROM THIS 'COMPANY'/NOT RECOMMENDED Above the many fake accounts that give a 5-star review with a simple nonsense story, you will also be scammed just as badly by the service of this rental company. They pull costs out of thin air and if you point it out to them, they come up with a new calculation so you suddenly only have to pay half (happened multiple times). Also, you will have to look for solutions yourself for enormous holes in the ceiling, broken single-pane windows on the 3rd floor, leaks, and all other problems because if possible, they will ignore it for as long as possible and then complain that we should also contribute to the repair of the property. After a conversation with the former owner of the building, we also found out that he sold the building as a fixer-upper and that a lot had to be done back then (5-10 years later). So (deferred) maintenance is not carried out and if it really can't be avoided anymore, they will solve it in the cheapest possible way, which is understandable as a thrifty Dutch person, but then asking the tenant for money after he has indicated for 2 years that something REALLY needs to be done is not normal. And of course, it was inevitable that this 'company' would set their energy labels as they please. An apartment with single glazing where there are many holes in it, with walls and ceilings where the holes are so large and deep that you can almost have tea with the neighbors and much more falls under the most insulated and economical label according to them. Or they are really incredibly bad and stupid or they are simply ripping people off. So fake reviews, calculating (service) costs as high as possible until you ask for actual figures and calculations, scamming tenants by adjusting energy labels, providing 0 service and generally treating their tenants in a nasty way are things that are daily bread at 050Vastgoed.

A rental company that only has eyes for money. If you rent here, you are aware that you will be ripped off, ignored, and in every other way squeezed as much as possible as long as it is to their advantage. Also, if you look at reviews, you will find your own employees, which further indicates the reliability of the company. All in all a scary rental company. Take a quick look into 050vastgoed and energy labels via Google and you'll quickly understand what kind of 'people' work here.

If you want to be messed with, spend at least 6 months trying to get help or (extremely necessary) maintenance, or be treated extremely rudely, then you've come to the right place. On the second floor there's a window where the glass could fall out at any moment (due to thick mold) above a shopping street that hasn't been looked at in over 6 months despite multiple emails about it. Leaks, on the other hand, take more than a year before anyone even comes to look at them, and resolving them takes even longer, and if a hole appears in the ceiling due to the leak, it is ignored until you move out, making parts of the house uninhabitable. BUT the most scandalous thing of all is that you receive service cost statements via a self-created Excel file. If you ask for the reasons for the (absurd) high amount and proof thereof, you will receive the invoices from the suppliers a month later with a new excel file in which the amount suddenly drops considerably. This clearly indicates that they themselves decide how badly they want to mess with you, and if you don't pay within a week (after they take a month to answer), they already threaten with further steps. It is a company run by insignificant … who are only after money but don’t know what working means as long as they can mess with you. A horrific “company” that even ranks extremely low compared to other landlords, which is quite something.

VERY BAD customer service and I'm not joking about it. Refuse to provide maintenance services at all. The only messages you receive from them are pure threats and emails to collect money. Customer service called me asking me to edit the review, which would be a typical sign of threatening behavior, yes. When I tried to communicate with them about the boiler last year, they refused to help me and sent me legal documents (and in those emails they referred me to a third party, but didn't provide enough information as to why I should go to them and how their service is charged). As a foreigner in the Netherlands, I also experience this as a threat. But ultimately, they helped me resolve my issues, so I decided to change my review. However, I would like to leave the original reviews behind, because that was what I felt and thought when trying to get help.
