We zijn erg tevreden met de verleende diensten van Van Santen de Hoog. Vanwege onze gepaste spoed ( lees zeer korte doorlooptijd) hebben we zelf ook de voortgang bewaakt en daardoor veel geschakeld met van Santen de Hoog. Contact was altijd erg fijn.

Schrijven vanuit het perspectief van een huurder: de beoordeling op verzoek van mijn verhuurder was snel gedaan, maar het bedrijfslid voelde zich behoorlijk onbeleefd, zonder rekening te houden met het feit dat ik nog een tijdje in het beoordeelde appartement woon. Heeft een zeer onaangename indruk achtergelaten tijdens de communicatie tijdens het hele proces.

Recentelijk bij Makelaardij van Santen de Hoog een NWWI taxatie rapport op laten stellen. We waren erg tevreden over het contact en de wijzevan handelen. Vriendelijke taxateur die alles in detail opnam. Alles is verlopen volgens afspraak en er zijn geen bijzonderheden naar boven gekomen. Kortom, vanuit deze ervaring goed aan te bevelen.

Uitstekende service! Wij woonden ver weg en de medewerkers van de makelaardij hebben echt van alles gedaan waardoor wij niet steeds naar het huis toe hoefden om zaken ter plaatse te gaan regelen. Dit alles zonder extra kosten en met begrip voor de situatie.

Niets dan lof voor Harry Hisken voor de begeleiding in het aankoopproces. Ons enige puntje van kritiek is de zoekfunctie die aangeboden wordt door het kantoor. Onze ervaring daarmee is dat je sowieso zelf moet blijven zoeken omdat er toch wel vaak interessante woningen tussendoor glipten.

Hier een taxatie laten uitvoeren. Ondanks dat de benedenwoning een relatief simpele taxatie zou moeten opleveren duurde het toch langer dan de beloofde 5-10 werkdagen. Na meerdere keren er achteraan gebeld te hebben worden er allerlei excuses aangedragen die achteraf niet waar blijken te zijn (het rapport ligt voor controle bij mijn collega, we wachten op het NWWI etc). Ook de beloftes die gedaan worden zoals terugbellen worden niet nagekomen. Je wordt niet op de hoogte gehouden van het proces, communicatie is onder de maat terwijl de prijs toch stevig is. Voor een vlotte taxatie geen aanrader.
