2> Zeer slechte ervaring met Noordelijke Verhuurder NIET DOEN Wij hebben helaas erg slechte ervaringen met Noordelijke Verhuurder. Toen wij een lekkage hadden die zelfs doorliep naar de woning van de buurman, kregen wij nauwelijks hulp. Er werd een monteur gestuurd, maar die heeft niet eens goed binnen gekeken. Hij zei direct dat het om een verstopping ging en dat de kosten niet voor rekening van de verhuurder waren. Uiteindelijk hebben wij zelf een loodgieter gebeld. Volgens de loodgieter viel het probleem wél onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de verhuurder. Omdat wij het ook erg vervelend vonden voor onze buurman, hebben wij het uiteindelijk zelf opgelost. Van de verhuurder kwam echter geen hulp, alleen maar discussies en gedoe. Ook het noodnummer is vrijwel nooit bereikbaar. Niemand neemt op wanneer je dringend hulp nodig hebt, wat erg frustrerend is. Daarnaast verkeren onderdelen van onze woning in een slechte staat. Ook de keuken die wij hebben gekregen is sterk verouderd en in slechte staat. Repareren heeft nauwelijks nog zin, maar vervanging wordt niet serieus opgepakt. De badkamer verkeert eveneens in een slechte staat en wordt vernieuwd. Wat wij vooral onbegrijpelijk vinden, is dat er voor onderhoud en reparaties nauwelijks actie wordt ondernomen, terwijl een huurverhoging blijkbaar geen enkel probleem is. Wanneer het om geld gaat, wordt er ineens wél snel gehandeld. Dat geeft ons het gevoel dat de belangen van huurders niet serieus worden genomen. Daarnaast worden afspraken regelmatig niet nagekomen en krijg je soms zelfs het gevoel dat je de schuld krijgt van problemen waar je zelf niets aan kunt doen. Al met al zijn wij zeer teleurgesteld in de service, communicatie en het onderhoud van Noordelijke Verhuurder. Op basis van onze ervaringen kunnen wij deze verhuurder absoluut niet aanbevelen. ⭐☆☆☆☆

10Ik kwam bij De Noordelijke Verhuurmakelaars terecht op zoek naar studentenhuisvesting in Leeuwarden en had binnen een week een plek gevonden - meer kun je je niet wensen. Gedurende de hele huurperiode werden alle verzoeken van mij en mijn huisgenoten snel en zonder gedoe afgehandeld. Geen gezeur, geen doorverwijzingen - gewoon normale, menselijke communicatie van mensen die echt luisteren. Aan het einde van de huurperiode werd mijn borg zonder problemen of vragen terugbetaald. Wat eerlijk gezegd precies is zoals het hoort - en toch is het zeldzaam genoeg om het te vermelden. Als je op zoek bent naar een makelaar in Leeuwarden die je als een volwassene behandelt en gewoon... dingen voor elkaar krijgt, dan ben je bij hen aan het juiste adres.
