Our house was sold within 2 weeks for a much higher price than Spitman's ‘highest achievable’. For us it is still incomprehensible that they advised so differently compared to the rest and were also the most expensive in terms of commission. We got the feeling that they lacked knowledge of the market in our (popular) Arnhem residential area.

Administratively, it's a mess there!
