After having good contact in 2022 about an apartment (which we ultimately did not buy), we didn't break off communication with Daniël. We have asked him his opinion a few times about several properties. He was pleasantly honest and critical in that regard. Two qualities that we appreciate in a real estate agent. Our hope for a nice purchase apartment in Utrecht city has now faded. That certainly isn’t due to Daniël, but rather the crazy housing market in Utrecht. Still, we maintain contact with him because who knows, someday, when you least expect it.

Much more important to me than the reputation of a large agency. You don't do a sales process every day, and it’s nice if someone is always available and can give you confidence with a thoughtful approach when you face surprises, such as the coronavirus crisis after we had just set everything in motion. Among other things, based on Daniel’s advice, we decided to continue anyway, which turned out to be no wrong choice afterwards. Ultimately, the purchase came about at an accelerated pace above expectations on a Friday evening late into the night, when most real estate agents have already switched on their voicemail. The further settlement also proceeded flawlessly. In short: I would recommend this agent to everyone!

Receiving unsolicited advertising for a parking space from this realtor in my mailbox. N.B. in my mailbox with a NO-NO sticker. I do understand why it happened; Because how on earth do you sell an outdoor parking space - which you moreover, due to the Saturday flea market, cannot use - for the exorbitant amount of a euroTON, well, not entirely true; 99,000 euros. Don't get me wrong; I have nothing against commerce or making money. Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a response either, but unsolicited and intrusive advertising for an outdoor parking space, for which normally not even half is paid, I find extremely rude. I’ve already eaten and drunk because of this whenever I see the name of this realtor come across. You won't see me ever using the services of this money-grubbing realtor.
