Jelle is always very friendly and helpful but also a broker who thinks along with you, for example about the presentation of the property. He helped with furnishing it with new fresh furniture and plants so that it seemed more cozy and spacious for the viewings. Jelle even had a broom with him to sweep the street briefly on the first day before rolling out the red carpet, which we received many positive reactions to afterwards. During the viewings, there were two brokers present so that everyone had enough time to get a good impression of the property and make a good offer. There was a lot of response and bids for my house on Bekkerstraat in Utrecht, which made me very happy with the selling price and the new buyers.
