We had a fantastic experience with De Keizer Makelaars for the sale of our house. From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable and always available to answer our questions. Every contact went smoothly and stress-free, which made the entire sales process smooth and stress-free for us. Their attention to detail, market knowledge and commitment to keep us informed at every step really stood out. We felt supported throughout the whole process and appreciated how accessible and friendly the team was.

The sale of our mother's house was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, our real estate agent, Genendel Ringenoldus, also took the time to weigh choices in personal conversations and through the app. Thank you very much for this.

I had an appraisal carried out by Keizermakelaars: The quality on paper looks professional, but the execution was very bad in my case due to the appraiser. He explained his 10% deviation on the land and living space price compared to the reference properties with meaningless general examples: perhaps the living room of my property was much smaller (whereas it is actually larger than the comparison properties), or the garden was unfavorable (perhaps it was cloudy on appraisal day: but the garden faces SW). I do not recommend appraisals from Keizer! update: the house has now been sold for 19.3% more than the appraised value of De Keizer: once again: my advice: no appraisals with Keizer.
