De Vuurtoren werkt met tandems van twee makelaars. Dat werkte heel fijn, ze waren beiden altijd goed op de hoogte en daardoor was er altijd iemand beschikbaar voor vragen. De begeleiding was persoonlijk en deskundig en het resultaat was perfect.

De medewerkers van de Vuurtoren, die weten waar zij het over hebben. Ze zijn deskundig, snel en altijd goed bereikbaar. Vanaf het eerste moment word je meegenomen in het hele traject, je zit samen op de tandem. Dat maakt de verkoop niet alleen succesvol, maar ook prettig om te doorlopen

Het contact met de makelaar verliep perfect. De tandem constructie (2 makelaars) geeft een goed vertrouwd gevoel. De makelaar is altijd snel in het reageren en perfect bereikbaar. De markt kennis van de huizenmarkt in Weesp is een fantastische aanvulling die je simpelweg niet overal krijgt. Ik raad de makelaars: Daniëlle en Marie-Jose zeker aan!

Wij zochten een makelaar met kennis van Weesp, en dat hebben in Vuurtoren echt gevonden. Goede begeleiding bij de verkoop, altijd snelle communicatie (via WhatsApp) en ook echt meedenken met het gehele proces, en altijd in om te sparren. Dat heeft geleid tot een snelle en soepele verkoop. Het hele team was betrokken, maar speciale dank naar Marie-Jose en Danielle. Mega dank en bij een toekomstige verkoop gaan wij zeker terug naar Vuurtoren!

Wij waren het niet eens met de door de makelaar voorgestelde verkoopprijs. Deze was naar onze mening te laag, nl. € 765.000,--, terwijl wij van mening waren dat als vraagprijs € 800.000,-- moest worden gevraagd. Dat is uiteindelijk ook gebeurd en ons huis is verkocht voor € 852.500,--.

Eerste keer een huis verkopen is net zo spannend als je eerste huis kopen hebben wij gemerkt.. Wat er allemaal bij komt kijken en wat we allemaal moeten doen leek overweldigend, maar gelukkig konden we laagdrempelig blijven vragen en communiceren met het team van Vuurtoren. Ze werken in een tandem bij de Vuurtoren. Dat betekent dat je altijd aan 2 makelaars wordt gekoppeld. Dit biedt stabiliteit. Communicatie verloopt via een groepsapp waarin afspraken worden gepland voor bezichtigingen, kortom hele fijne communicatie.
