Last Saturday I had the pleasure of meeting this realtor during a viewing of a fixer-upper in Meerssen (Rothem). What a pleasant welcome and enjoyable introduction. Even though I discovered during the viewing that the property was not suitable for me (too much work), I was enormously enthusiastic about this realtor. Do you know the well-known realtors in your area? Then definitely invite Deniq Vastgoed, you will get a completely different picture of your realtor and possibilities to maximize your home sale. She exudes nothing but passion and trust. She knows exactly what it's all about and can provide a reasoned explanation for every question. For this specific fixer-upper, she had created an Artist Impression in addition to the well-known photos, which was the first reason for me to plan a viewing and with me many others; within 2 hours all viewings were fully booked, impressive as you manage to create so much interest even for such a fixer-upper.
