We are satisfied with the sales brokerage of our house by Makelaardij Hameeteman. The real estate agent and his assistant took a lot off our hands and their commitment led to satisfied (sellers).

It concerned a recreational property with the obligation of another year's rental. To our surprise, and also that of the real estate agent, the banks therefore only wanted to grant a low mortgage. Apparently, they cannot distinguish between a rented property and a holiday home that is rented out periodically. As a result, many potential buyers had to drop out, which naturally influenced the final price.

We bought a vacation home in the Netherlands through real estate agent Eric Prins of LXRY Property. The service was perfect from the first contact until today's handover of the house. Mr. Prins speaks fluent German, which naturally made the process much easier for us. Every question was quickly answered, both by e-mail and by phone. This is exactly what I expect from a real estate agent.

Requested sales brochures via website. Received nothing. Finally managed to reach someone by phone after many attempts. Pleasant conversation. Busy, sales brochures are on their way. Another project was recommended, and I would also receive information about that. Now 10 days later, still received nothing. When you call, you constantly get the message that brokers are busy on the phone. I'm fed up with this, this is not a serious company. Update: Thursday, June 3, 2021. The owner has posted the response below. Thinks he’s serious. Nothing could be further from the truth; he claims to have spoken to me on the phone just now. That's not the case, so he's also a liar.

LXRY Property really doesn't let customers feel like royalty. Quite the opposite. Listing a house for sale and then cancelling the viewing at the last moment. 'Sold,' they said. I can’t call that proper conduct. 0 stars. Unfortunately, you always have to give one.
