What terrible treatment and guidance. I really wouldn't recommend this broker. Is not fair and has left many things out. Such as access to the VvE (found out when buying that you are €13000 poorer) and pressure to fill his own pockets. In one word scandalous to treat someone who is vulnerable like this. In september 2024 is de verkoop van mijn appartement opgestart via OZP Makelaars. Vervolgens is binnen enkele weken het appartement verkocht met ook nog eens een zeer goed eindresultaat. Zowel Robin alsmede de medewerkers van de binnendienst van OZP hebben keihard gewerkt om mij volledig te ontzorgen. Ik ben super tevreden over OZP Makelaars en zou ze dan ook zeker aan iedereen aanbevelen!!

De makelaar is zijn informatieplicht niet nagekomen daardoor hebben de kopers een korting op de verkoopprijs kunnen claimen en gekregen van 9000 euro.

Geweldig gezellig en veel van geleerd en ons fantastisch geholpen en de koffie smaakte, ook kon ik bellen ivm iets niet begreep .

Ik wil u hartelijk danken voor uw hulp. Ik vond de communicatie met u erg prettig. U was gemakkelijk bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Bovendien was uw kennis van zaken duidelijk merkbaar.

Zeer fijne begeleiding gehad van OZP met niet alleen veel marktkennis, maar ook kennis/ervaring van ons pand(appartementencomplex.) Daarnaast is het proces en de communicatie altijd transparant geweest. Eventuele vragen die ik had waren altijd snel beantwoord en de afspraken waren duidelijk.

in het begin kwam hij goed over, maar zodra de opdracht ondertekend was, was het contact vanuit zijn kant zeer slecht. Ook hebben we op zijn advies het huis laag in de markt gezet, wat ik achteraf zeker niet had gedaan.

Is enorm ervaren in de omgeving en weet precies de juiste taktiek voor verkoop te bepalen. Ondanks meerdere huizen in de buurt te koop, heb ik mijn huis binnen twee weken kunnen verkopen. Geeft eerlijk en nuttig advies, geen poespas en bijzonder kundig

De makelaar was open en eerlijk. Direct en enthousiast in communicatie. Weet van aanpakken. Is realistisch en gaf ons vertrouwen. Gezonde dosis humor, prettig in omgang. Kortom een fijne partij om je huis door te laten verkopen!

Wij zijn bij een woning gaan kijken die verkocht werd door OZP. In de brochure stond dat er geen visuele schade was aan de kwaaitaal vloer, en toen wij er naar vroegen tijdens de bezichtiging werd ons verteld dat de makelaar zelf in de kruipruimte was geweest om dit te bevestigen. Echter vertrouwden we het niet, en is er een officiële inspectie geweest. Daaruit bleek wel degelijk dat er schade was, en dat de kosten voor het herstellen ruim 4500 waren. Toch een flink bedrag om niet te vermelden. Toen later ook bleek dat er schade was aan de dakkapel, die ook niet vermeld stond in de brochure hebben we besloten geen bod uit te brengen. Ze hebben de brochure van het betreffende huis nog niet aangepast. Dus mocht je interesse hebben in een woning van OZP, dan zou ik dus goed oppassen en een goede inspectie laten doen voordat je een bod uitbrengt! En als verkoper van een huis, zou ik eerder voor een andere makelaar gaan. Dit soort zaken schrikt mogelijke kopers echt af.
