Unbelievably poorly assisted by Q Makelaars. Lies about the property and later hiding behind: 'it's not on paper, so we didn't say it'. Q-Makelaars is absolutely not there for the buyers (although we once sold a house through them, so we were customers). The sellers of the house we bought made a change to the house, which we later discovered. We tried to arrange something through the real estate agent, but they were purely on the side of the sellers, and we 'had to resolve it legally'. This is bad publicity and quite a setback for us. Later, leaks in the house were also discovered, and we emailed the real estate agent about them, but it's easy to guess: no response.

Viewed the house and made an offer, then heard nothing about the outcome of who became the new owners. Called about 3 times each time they said yes I will send a message to the relevant broker and he will contact you. To this day, nothing has been heard.
