Do not do business with this Ukon. Strange way of communicating and very selfish. He has no humanity at all and his emotions are a complete facade... I am disgusted by this person. Ugh.
Doe geen zaken met deze man. Hij is er vandoor gegaan met de borg van een van mijn huurders. Hij zei dat hij het voor eigen gebruik had aangewend en bereid was het in termijnen terug te betalen, maar daarna liet hij niets meer van zich horen en kwam hij niet meer opdagen. Hij zei dat hij in Indonesië was. Oplichter! Geef hem geen zaken, hij zal je oplichten als je hem de kans geeft. Laat de borg nooit naar hem overmaken. Je krijgt het nooit meer terug. Very good purchasing broker, helped me a lot with the entire process. Always reachable, even in the evenings and that's a unique quality in this time (most stop at 17:00 directly). After a year of searching myself where I always missed out, I was able to find a suitable home in 1 month thanks to Ukon Estate. He did the negotiations well, communication was clear and fast, all in all a very pleasant collaboration with him.
