House on the Willem de Zwijgerlaan in Amsterdam is for rent on Funda, but unfortunately we are unable to make contact. Therefore, we have dropped out with this unreliable organization.

Omdat ik ging emigreren was het belangrijk het huis op de juiste manier en het juiste moment in de markt te zetten. Gezien het feit dat het huis in een week verkocht was is dat goed gelukt. De korte communicatie lijnen waren, mede vanwege de afstand, prettig.

Unprofessional brokerage firm. Daniel clearly doesn't know how to treat customers properly. If the owner of the property for sale knew how he treated their clients, they would immediately go to another realtor. Hanging up phone calls abruptly, rude and unprofessional. I would advise everyone to go to a different realtor.

I can really relate to Joost's review. A viewing with this real estate agent is very uncomfortable. We were very fond of this property. But even if you have the best offer and are momentarily stunned that you’ve become it, nothing is certain with this real estate agent. Questions arising from emotion are not allowed; sir abruptly ends the conversation and says he no longer has confidence that the sale will go through. Later you receive an email stating they are going ahead with the second bidder!! Structural survey preferably with companies he offers because the rest of the Netherlands doesn't do much in that regard, according to him. He also thinks it’s strange that you have a mortgage advisor from elsewhere in the country!!! (While that person had already taken care of everything as preparation) A very unpleasant feeling remains after this ''almost'' purchase.
