As a tenant, you experience poor response times. Knowledge of your own contract is not fully present. Not a good start when they took over homes from ACM (now NMG). Currently waiting for 4 months already regarding the conditions concerning glass insurance. Defective shed door has been left to be repaired since the beginning of the rental period due to the defect of the previous tenant. Receiving an invoice on April 29th (repair in January) asking us to pay € 80.00. And then hiding behind the previous property manager...telling us that we have to contact them. Stonevest = a gang of thieves who neatly hold out their hand for rent each month, but don't want to provide service.

They had 1 task: to appraise a house for an nhg validation. This was a clear question. He appraised the house 5000 euros higher. This joke costs me a lot of hassle. And naturally, much more money. He thought he was doing a good thing was his answer. Thanks for nothing. He was very friendly. But I am dissatisfied. To prevent other people from experiencing this. Be very clear about what you want from an appraisal! With this broker!

Rude communication. Not recommended!

The report is fine, but the communication left much to be desired. Due to a malfunction, the report could not be delivered within 7 days, which can happen, but communicate that to your client. I had to constantly take the initiative for contact. Furthermore, appointments were always made that weren't kept and I had to chase them up myself. In short, it took more than 7 days but a month and a half before we received the appraisal report. No apology or compensation afterwards either. A shame.

Bad experience. Registered through the website for a property valuation. No response. Called myself; 'Sir, I will send you an email to get things going'. No email received. The assignment goes to a competitor.

As an appraiser, they offer competitive prices but with makelaarsplein you go from bad to worse. Marko doesn't keep appointments and sends reminders for neatly paid invoices. Not even mentioning the quality of the appraisal report. I found this company downright bad. Not recommended in my opinion.

Very pleased with Robert Middel. One of the few sympathetic real estate agents of this time. And I know what I'm talking about, in my year and a half long search for a home to buy, I have met many. ;)
