Het contact met de makelaar was goed, ze hebben veel kennis van de locale vastgoedmarkt. Het contact verliep dan ook prima. Ik heb door de goede markt mijn huis goed kunnen verkopen. Sibma en Varwijk is een prima kantoor. Woon je in Opsterland en met name in Ureterp zou ik zeker naar hun gaan.

Alles ging prima,het bedrijf was zeer behulpzaam bij al mijn vragen. Vakkundigheid was ook aanwezig.

We also experienced that we were massively taken advantage of, and we are talking about thousands of euros! Advice: Read your purchase contract 10 times more often and even involve a lawyer if necessary, there are many (expensive) mistakes in it! No more Makelaar Mink for us...
