You taught me how to deal with aches and pains, if the pain was a 1, 2 or 3 on a scale of 10, and the pain went away within 2 days, then there wasn't really anything wrong, an important lesson for me. We also addressed my overweight. That was naturally somewhat a tricky issue, because this tricky client had indicated in advance that body weight wasn't the first priority. Mijn vriend en ik zijn zeer goed geholpen bij Roscam Hypotheken. In eerste instantie heb ik contact opgenomen met Roscam vanwege de positieve recensies. Onze verwachtingen zijn met (meer dan) 100% waargemaakt. In deze moeilijke tijd voor starters heeft Marike ons meerdere keren een indicatie gegeven van wat mijn vriend en ik konden lenen. Vooral in de periode dat de rente toenam bleek dit te veranderen. Het was erg fijn om bevestiging te krijgen van wat we maximaal konden lenen gedurende de spannende periode op de huizenmarkt. Marike denkt echt met je mee en we kregen hele goede tips en adviezen. Na een tijdje waren mijn vriend en ik eindelijk in onderhandeling over een woning. Helaas begon de verkoper Digimakelaars wat druk uit te oefenen.. Ze wilden de hypotheek rond binnen een maand. Dit vonden we niet zo prettig. Marike is er toen tussen gesprongen en heeft met de verkoopmakelaar gesproken namens ons. We hadden Roscam alleen als hypotheekadviseur, geen aankoopmakelaar, dus het feit dat Marike ons kosteloos heeft geholpen in dit proces waarderen we super erg! Ondanks dat we dus met een tijdsdruk van de verkoper zaten, hebben zowel Marike en Maikel super erg hun best gedaan om onze hypotheek op tijd rond te krijgen. Dit is dan ook gelukt! Tussendoor werden we regelmatig op de hoogte gehouden over de stand van zaken. Zelfs achteraf hebben ze ons geholpen met tips voor de inspectieronde van de woning. Ook hebben we een week na de sleuteloverdracht nog even contact met elkaar gehad. Ik zou Roscam aan iedereen aanraden!
