Through Era Real Estate Agency Alkmaar, Mr. Gerard Vel performed an appraisal for financing for us. The communication was pleasant and clear, and the appointment could take place smoothly. Appraisal report also received within the agreed timeframe.

Neat, good information prior to appraisal. Fast report delivery afterwards. Adjusting the terms of the appraisal (from with renovation value indication, to without) was manageable, but required some effort. All in all, a neat handling of everything and not necessarily the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive and definitely handled quickly.

Asked if I could move something aside for the photos, it wasn't needed now it looks messy on the photos. It’s not for sale but I don’t like this so much. The appraisal report went to stepdaughter, not nice for my name.
