2Erg lang over getwijfeld maar toch het idee dat de werknemer iets er van opsteekt. In eind zomer 2024 een huis bezichtigd. Wij waren een X minuten eerder en meneer zelf was nog niet aanwezig. Precies (minuut later) op afspraak kwam de makelaar aanrijden, met als eerste opmerking ‘waarom zijn jullie zo vroeg’. Gek begin, toch? Afijn, wij rondkijken (5 minuten na de afspraak konden wij pas naar binnen) eerst maar even beneden, net boven waren de volgende al aanwezig (ik denk net geen 8 minuten binnen). die stonden inmiddels ook al boven. Wij maar weer naar beneden gezien ze met 4 man waren plus nog een vader, werd wat vol. Eenmaal beneden de makelaar weer gevonden, die inmiddels met de 3e bezichtiging bezig was (😅). Wij met een aantal vragen, vrij simpel voor een makelaar te beantwoorden, hoe zit het met een eventuele schutting naast de woning ivm parkeren bedrijf daar naast? Zijn de leidingen vervangen voordat er schuim beton is gestort? Is het plafond ‘opgelapt’ of vervangen gezien de woning 1.5 jaar daarvoor als ‘kluswoning’ werd aangeboden (nu was de woning half/gebrekkig opgeknapt). Nergens was antwoord op, behalve dat meneer net de dag daarvoor terug was van vakantie 🤷🏼♂️. Zo kan ik ook wel makelaar worden. Ook vragen na de bezichtiging werden niet beantwoord en een eventuele ‘motivatie brief’ mocht ook niet. Is dus snel blind bieden door middel van een erg korte informatie loze bezichtiging. Bieden zonder kijken had het zelfde effect. Huis op deze manier verkopen? Ga er dan wel van uit dat je ‘gezeur’ achteraf kan krijgen, verborgen gebreken etc. Gelukkig wen maand later bij een erg goede lokale makelaar een huis gekocht. Wereld van verschil. Nam de tijd, bakken vol informatie over de woning.
