Het team van Rotsvast heeft mij zeer snel aan huisvesting in Middelburg geholpen. Ik heb het team als erg vriendelijk ervaren en ze leken ook erg geduldig en behulpzaam bij het beantwoorden van veel vragen. Ook het sleuteloverdrachtproces bleek zeer grondig en betrouwbaar.

5 Belangstellenden op 1 dag uitnodigen om er 4 teleur te stellen. En nog 2 weken later , na zelf een aantal keer bellen pas vertellen het is al verhuurd. Dit kan niet. Ga nooit in zee met Rotsvast. Wat een stelletje amateuren werken er daar zeg. Spijt dat ik er mee heb gepraat. Jullie kunnen beter een ander baantje zoeken . 90% van de huizen die jullie verhuren is niet eens van jullie ? Nee doe maar liever niet . Onderverhuur kan ik zelf wel regelen

Jammer dat de gemaakte afspraken niet worden waargemaakt. Ik heb geprobeerd om het telefonisch op te lossen maar vanwege de slechte verbinding is dit niet gelukt.

Een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag hoe het huren van een woning via rotsvast gaat, ons voorgesteld, situatie beschreven. Wij hebben een tijdelijke woning nodig tot onze woning in Vlissingen gereed is. We hebben 2 kleine hondjes en ik heb inderdaad gemerkt dat in Zeeland het huren van een woning met huisdieren een uitdaging is. Ik had verwacht dat ik gewoon antwoord ontvang op mijn vragen met de opmerking van dat het inderdaad lastig is maar dat ze hun best zouden doen om ons te helpen maar wat voor antwoord krijg ik “Beste, Het huren van een woning met twee honden is bijna onmogelijk, met vriendelijke groet” Ik weet niet hoor maar dit komt echt zeer klantonvriendelijk over. Zeg dat op een nette manier dat hè helaas niet voor ons kunt betekenen maar het gaat erg goed in de verhuur van woningen die woning tekort en dus vindt dit bedrijf dat ze zich arrogant kunnen opstellen.

Ze vragen vooraf om uw persoonlijke gegevens voordat u het appartement zelfs maar kunt zien. Nee bedankt, ik zal mijn geluk beproeven met iemand die geen zaken doet alsof het phishing is.

In de eerste maanden geen probleem.. Nu begint de ellende.. Ik krijg direct na de email met huur overschrijving kenmerk de herinnering alsof ik te laat ben met overschrijving.. Erg stressful.. Contact opgenomen.. L.. Geen resultaten
