As buyers who dealt with Joop van Mourik Real Estate. Unfortunately had an extremely bad experience with Joop Jr. After the excellent tour of the house began the great silence. Never calls back and does not respond to emails. Ladies from the office promise time after time that Joop will call back, but unfortunately: Joop never calls. Not once. Joop apparently has no interest in selling a property that has been on the market for at least 3 months or even contacting about it. Joop goes on vacation and would really call back after his vacation. Unfortunately, not a SINGLE response. Also rather peculiar that nobody takes over during his absence… The lack of communication skills I see pass by more often in reviews. Apparently, Joop Jr can only communicate when he wants to. That seems worth the effort for a house with an asking price of nearly 900,000,- in this case. Scandalous and rude way of working. One star is still too much, unfortunately there's no option for zero stars….
