We recently sold our house through Vendôme Makelaardij and found the contact with both agents, Karin and Patrick, to be professional and very pleasant. They have a good network and can excellently advise sellers on all sorts of things that come into play when selling a house. From very practical matters in and around the house (e.g., having measurements taken and drawings made of a floor plan, applying for an energy label, having a structural report drawn up, but if you need a gardener to tidy up the garden before taking good photos for Funda or the website, that is also no problem). They are very helpful and service-oriented right up to the final transfer at the notary's office. Highly recommended!

Due to the rising mortgage interest rate, I needed a valuation quickly. Through maatwerk, I ended up with Vendôme. Because there was some urgency behind the valuation, I asked if the report could be sent as soon as possible. Patrick said that this wasn't a problem and even made time for it on the weekend.
