We recently sold our house through Vendôme Makelaardij and found the contact with both agents, Karin and Patrick, to be professional and very pleasant. They have a good network and can excellently advise sellers on all sorts of things that come into play when selling a house. From very practical matters in and around the house (e.g., having measurements taken and drawings made of a floor plan, applying for an energy label, having a structural report drawn up, but if you need a gardener to tidy up the garden before taking good photos for Funda or the website, that is also no problem). Due to the rising mortgage interest rate, I needed a valuation quickly. Through maatwerk, I ended up with Vendôme.
