After our house had been for sale for 2 years, we engaged Domicilie. We scheduled an appointment with Dennis van den Heuvel and walked through the property, discussing areas for improvement. Subsequently, a good strategy was developed, professional photographers and videographers created visuals and measurements were taken. Within a week, our house was sold; it hadn't even been listed on Funda. Unfortunately, that sale fell through, but thanks to the presentation on Funda and their network, there was sufficient interest, so an open house was organized. Sold again within a week, and this time really! Dennis guided the entire sales process and we are very satisfied. A real estate agent who goes the extra mile and knows how to get things done. Everything is put into action to get things done quickly and the communication is excellent.
