Received very unprofessional appraisal from this company. The appraiser assumed upon entry that the house was timber frame construction, while it is clearly visible on the house that this is not the case. The appraisal report is also full of incorrect information. Including a wooden subfloor, 3 out of the 5 surface area measurements of the property were incorrectly stated. According to the appraiser, luxury is lacking in the home because the kitchen is more than 1 year old. Furthermore, all luxuries in the home are not mentioned, such as underfloor heating on the entire ground floor, a natural stone fireplace and window sills, a natural stone bar and countertop in a timeless kitchen, a very exclusive bathroom with underfloor heating, a whirlpool spa bath of 180cm diameter with lighting and self-cleaning (cost approximately €15,000,-) and a design shower (imported from the USA) is described as a bathtub and shower cabin. The reference properties used are also totally not comparable to the valued property built in . The reference properties date from 1789 and 1970, and/or are located in a completely different location (right next to the highway). When I indicated that I was not satisfied with the appraisal, there was an immediate threat of a bailiff. Re-appraisal carried out by Scheffer Vastgoed and they also totally disagreed with the appraisal of Ditters. Because I currently have other things on my mind (investigations in the hospital following suspicion of cancer), I just paid the bill. If your property needs to be undervalued, you are best off with Ditters Makelaardij in Ede.
