Ná een jaar zoeken hebben we met meerdere makelaars wel momenten gehad die beter hadden gekund, maar niet slecht genoeg om er een review over te schrijven. Met Dutch Housing Centre BV verliep de samenwerking zo slecht dat we ons bijna verplicht voelen om hier een review over te schrijven. Wij hadden ruim 1,5 maand geleden gereageerd op een woning via Dutch Housing. Het contact via het kantoor verliep enorm stroef en traag en na meerdere telefoontjes kwamen we uit bij Jeroen van Dutch Housing. Jeroen bleek al heel snel moeilijk bereikbaar en wij moesten soms dagen wachten op antwoord. Wij hebben Jeroen hier op aangesproken en zijn verweer hier op was dat hij het dagelijks heel druk had met de werkzaamheden voor de expats van NIKE. Wij vroegen hem of het op z'n minst mogelijk was dat hij even een korte reactie terug kon geven maar dit bleek ook niet mogelijk. De collega's bij Dutch Housing gaven ook niet door aan Jeroen dat wij meerdere keren gebeld hadden. Jeroen gaf namelijk zelf aan niet op de hoogte te zijn geweest van onze pogingen tot contact met het kantoor. Wij hebben toen zelf contact gezocht met de eigenaren van de woning. Wij gaven aan dat we interesse hadden en dat wij al weken probeerden een bezichtiging te krijgen. De eigenaar had wel vernomen dat ik 2 weken geleden had gereageerd, maar verder niets. De volgende dag heeft mijn vrouw onder haar eigen naam een bezichtiging aangevraagd. Dat lukte direct! De volgende dag stond ik daar in de woning met Jeroen. Na een lang gesprek gaf Jeroen aan dat het allemaal zo geregeld kon worden en dat hij met de eigenaar al vol in gesprek was. Hij vertelde ons ook trots dat hij onze makelaar al onze privé gegevens had ontfutselt, o.a. over het feit of wij wel netjes betaalden etc. Hij vertelde ons dat hij een goed woordje had gedaan bij de eigenaar (van de nieuwe woning) over ons. Slechts nog 2/3 dagen had hij nodig om het in orde te maken. Wij wachten wederom weer af... Dagen gingen voorbij, wij hoorden weer niets meer. Wij hadden natuurlijk al contact met de eigenaar en de eigenaar vertelde ons dat Jeroen hem niet direct verteld had dat wij de woning hadden bezichtigd. De eigenaar wist ook niets af van de 'vele goede gesprekken' die Jeroen namens ons zou hebben gehad met hem. Jeroen had terloops ook gemeld aan de eigenaar dat wij in 'onmin' leefde met onze huidige verhuurder. Jeroen had dus helemaal geen goed woordje voor ons gedaan! Wij hebben toen afgesproken dat wij aan Jeroen laten weten dat wij contact met elkaar wensten te hebben en het zelf rond wilde maken Er ging weer een week voorbij, wij hoorden allemaal niets, totdat Jeroen plots een mail stuurde met daarin het relaas dat hij door familie omstandigheden niet was toegekomen aan het maken van een contract. Na nog een paar dagen had de eigenaar Jeroen verzocht er spoed achter te zetten, wij wilden het allemaal wel eindelijk afsluiten. Wij hebben getekend en toen volgde de overdracht. Tijdens de overdracht toonde ik in een privé moment met Jeroen mijn ongenoegen. Zijn verweer was dat hij wel degelijk heel veel voor ons had gedaan. Jeroen was echter niet op de hoogte van het feit dat wij al contact hadden met de eigenaar. Jeroen vertelde me toen dat hij had geregeld dat de eigenaar met ons in contact was gekomen!!! Nou dat was dus een leugen want dat hadden de eigenaar en ik zelf bedacht. Wij hebben iedergeval een prachtige woning, maar niet dankzij Dutch Housing.

Zeer tevreden over de begeleiding bij de verkoop van mijn woning. Alles is binnen de afgesproken termijn verkocht en het hele proces verliep soepel en professioneel. De communicatie was duidelijk en de betrokkenheid groot. Suzanne is een betrouwbare en deskundige makelaar die ik van harte kan aanbevelen.
