After a short period, the email with the house we were looking for did indeed appear. We immediately called to discuss the next steps. In the current market, you don't want to wait. So within a few days, we were already inside to view it for the first time. The subsequent process of bidding and purchase went smoothly. All the worries we had when we started searching for a wonting have actually faded during the purchasing process. (A plus point of working with professionals) Would we recommend Ascoba? Definitely!
