The realtor was the selling realtor of an apartment that I recently purchased. And I can easily say that they are not professional at all. Some things they did: 1. They didn't hand over the apartment as stated in the contract and said (I didn't mark it) 2. They accused us of breaking a faucet during the inspection. 3. Every time we argue about something, don't talk to me but with the owner. I would not recommend that they represent you.
