But instead, he took all of my deposit after a stay of one year, including cleaning, painting and much more. Be aware as a renter that you will not get your deposit back from this realtor.

We rented for a year via BAS Listings. At the end of the rental agreement, we expected to receive our deposit back, but instead we were confronted with excessive and unjustified charges. Although we kept the property in good condition, our deposit was withheld completely. Future tenants should be cautious and clarify all conditions for the refund of the deposit before signing.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the realtor who showed us the house, Coen. We were slightly late for the viewing, but we had called beforehand and were assured that it would not be a problem. The intern we spoke to was polite and helpful, but Coen was rude and unwelcoming. He didn't even walk with us through the house, and we felt uncomfortable asking questions because he seemed rushed and grumpy.
