Solid knowledge of business and certainly also of the housing market, resulting in optimally placing the property on the market. In addition to an excellent presentation on Funda, certainly also regarding the price level. Not reliable at all, very bad experience

A good friend of mine rented through this agency for a year and the experience was terrible. When they moved out, the agent refused to return their deposit and charged unreasonable costs – completely repainting, replacing items, and an exorbitant cleaning bill – while the house had already been thoroughly cleaned. To make matters worse, the property wasn't properly prepared when they first moved in. Based on what I’ve seen, I would strongly advise others to stay away from here and look for a more reliable agent.

You will not get your deposit back if you do business with this broker, be aware of tenants.

The realtor will guarantee your safety, no matter how well you maintain the property. Be prepared for this before booking this property, as it is a large amount and can be a problem for everyone. We have experienced a similar situation here, just like others, and were enormously disappointed.

I rented an apartment from this realtor, unpainted, not clean, no prior assessments done, but as a replacement for the current tenant. But instead, he took all of my deposit after a stay of one year, including cleaning, painting and much more. Be aware as a renter that you will not get your deposit back from this realtor.

We rented for a year via BAS Listings. At the end of the rental agreement, we expected to receive our deposit back, but instead we were confronted with excessive and unjustified charges. Although we kept the property in good condition, our deposit was withheld completely. Future tenants should be cautious and clarify all conditions for the refund of the deposit before signing.
