My experience with Brinkman and her clients Anne-Paul and Joep is extremely positive and I would not hesitate to work with them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others. The gentlemen like to profile themselves as entrepreneurial brokers who do everything differently. This boils down to presenting the client with a bill of 10,000 euros for photos, restyling etc. without any guarantees. Plus, of course, a substantial commission. So all the risks are borne by the client and you rake in a hefty fee for yourself. A nasty experience.

Stay away from this company; you are used as a customer and exploited for the broker's own gain. He has multiple companies, and integrity is nowhere to be found. You will hardly or reluctantly receive answers; as a customer, you are not very important to this office.
