Sjuleke has been my rock in the stormy seas during the sale of two apartments. She kept everything continuously clear and organized for me. And when there were uncertainties, she provided clarity after inquiries with real estate agents, mortgage advisors, notaries etc. By doing this proactively and with foresight, she saved me a lot of headaches and achieved a good result. In my case, it wasn't necessarily the highest price but also about what kind of person the buyer is. She listened well to that. Moreover, she is available if needed from early in the morning until late at night and also on weekends to ensure everything runs smoothly. From the (unfortunately for everyone mandatory) forms of the NVM to advice on how the financing can be handled. No detail escapes her attention. She knows how to interpret all information that emerges and anticipate it. In the turbulent times that selling an apartment entails, there is often a need for some peace and clarity. Sjuleke understands the art of taking care of others like no other and gives you the feeling that you can leave everything to her and that it will be alright.
