Not recommended. We bought a new house and sold our current house through this brokerage agency. On the day of the transfer, they did everything to satisfy the buyer and not protect us, even though we paid for his service.

Review in rental service: I had a pitiful experience with them. Not an honest real estate agency. They list a property with low rates just to attract attention. But at the final allocation, much will have to be bid, and therefore the final price will be considerably higher. So don't be misled by their low prices. More than bidding, the actual problem is that they do not inform all participants about the bidding (this happened to me), so don't expect a level playing field. There is no such thing as first come, first served. There is absolutely no transparency in the process and no respect for established queue etiquettes.

Bad Experience Isaak Real Estate has a house for sale but wants to suddenly proceed with an auction after submitting a bid because there are so many bids. As a buyer of a home with experience with this agency, self-selling worked for the seller. Until the bidding process everything went as expected. After that you notice it turns around and everything suddenly runs very rough, until you've been to the notary everything is too much effort and every question is too much. It's simply about raking in commissions and not about customer friendliness; to some extent that will certainly be part of the concept but employee Benno is frankly unnecessarily rude in the hope that you’ll stop sending further emails. Quite an emotionally incontinent person who can turn into a toddler who doesn’t get his way. Poor communication, you have to chase everything. Limited knowledge of the market. Benno is absolutely not a likeable person. Not recommended to do business with.

Apparently, I once requested information in 2016 or 2017 and ultimately didn't do business. Last week we suddenly received an email that the photos of our house were ready. So we just received photos of other people’s homes, after which I called and emailed them stating that we did not appreciate this. Now we are being called again while we are not doing business with them. Not professional to simply send photos of a property in Geuzenveld…

Stay away from this company, you will be used and played for the broker's own gain. Has multiple companies, integrity is nowhere to be found. You are barely or reluctantly addressed, as a person you are not so important to this office. Disregards NVM rules, just like rules of integrity and common decency.
