We had no expectations, the service was, in our opinion, excellent. Good and quick actions and responses. Our real estate agent Dennis Bout has a great deal of knowledge, an eye for detail, and he knows what the word 'customer care' means. Everything is taken care of, nothing is too much to ask at any given moment, from an initial reaction to a property to the signing.

Very bad experiences with Pim Verdouw from Van Overbeek real estate agents. This older man seemed to have difficulty working with the digital systems of his job. We were also very dissatisfied with his final appraisal report. The appraisal was more than a hundred thousand euros lower than the WOZ value. Never again business with Pim Verdouw or Van Overbeek real estate agents.

Our broker appeared to work part-time and was therefore often difficult to reach during certain periods. Midway through the process, they were replaced by another colleague, which was unexpected for us. There was little initiative; we missed a well-thought-out plan, and things were not always communicated clearly. The signing of the purchase agreement proceeded slowly, and they weren't on top of it.

Nothing to complain about. The appraisal went quickly and smoothly. Afterwards, the appraisal report turned out to be insufficient, and I requested an addition. This was not possible, despite the bank stating that it did not need to be an official document and a handwritten letter or email would suffice to obtain the mortgage. Despite the appraiser being a very friendly gentleman, even my advisor could not persuade him to write a simple letter. In short, fine for a standard appraisal, but don't expect anything extra....

I was called 15 minutes after the start of my appointment that the appraiser was 'stuck in traffic'. Please note, this was at 9:15 am while there were no traffic jams in the region according to ANWB. There was no effort to find a solution because the next appointment on the agenda was too important and my appointment could easily be rescheduled for next week. This seems consistent with previous reviews where this company is described as an 'appraisal machine' from which you shouldn't expect anything 'extra'. I have withdrawn the assignment. In short, if you value good service and correct handling, you are not at the right party here.

Bad realtor who cannot communicate properly and maturely

They sell quickly and at market price. Larger players in the market sell for too low a price. Van Overbeek is better, more personal, and don't rip off their customers. Thank you very much Sebas and team!

Rob van Ee from Overbeek real estate agents is a hero! After contacting several real estate agents for my house in the North of Amsterdam, Rob came to visit. A very clear, straightforward story without frills. Based on factual information, or rather a large amount of information regarding selling in the area. Yes, Rob is an expert in the North, hence the invitation. Rob kept his word. He assessed my house, based on his knowledge and expertise, at more than 60,000 euros higher than other real estate agents. Nice. But what's special about Rob is that he is also a people person, empathetic, able to put himself in my not-so-pleasant situation, involved and always accessible, even in the evening for questions or advice. He made everything true and better; even more was offered thanks to him than the asking price. You couldn’t wish for a better real estate agent.

It took days before the realtor responded to us with updates, even around the important moments of listing and offering and waiting for results. It was therefore difficult to know what our situation was, and made the whole process even more stressful. 2 stars because the realtor did have good market knowledge, but ultimately we switched to another company.

They sold a house in Amsterdam, but they were disorganized from the beginning or at least not good at communicating. The amount paid was for a TOP-service, the service provided was below average. Late for appointments, more than once, even on the day of sale, yes!! The real estate agent who worked on the case changed without prior communication and without adequately informing the new person. When I think about it, I get very frustrated about what I paid, but I choose to not think about it and have a good life. Would I recommend: No! Would I choose again: No!

This agency is the most terrible thing I have come across and can imagine. I won a bid on an apartment where this brokerage firm was the selling broker. I arranged the notary and mortgage on my side. Two days before signing the purchase agreement, they called me saying that someone else had just offered a higher price!!! so I had to cancel everything. This is absolutely scandalous. I think they don't value credibility at all.
