What a disgrace this man is. First, I responded to a property through the website, no response. After a few days of calling, you get a curt answer that the property has already been sold. The same property still appears on the site days later, requested a viewing again via the website but once again no response. Apparently, Mr. doesn't want to sell a property and is too lazy to indicate on the site that the property has already been sold.

Together with my wife, we searched for apartments in South Limburg. The first real estate agent we approached turned out not to be a match. Apartment OK but the agent wasn't. Then we continued searching and viewed an apartment together with Fer Haas. Compliments to this professional who is open to both seller and buyer to reach a good solution. The apartment has now been purchased and on 1-8-2023 everything will be arranged through the notary. Also in this phase, Fer is very attentive and punctual in preparing documents and arranging all matters related to the purchase. If you are looking for an honest real estate agent with expertise, we can definitely recommend Fer Haas.

Bad experience We went to view a house . but unfortunately that wasn't our taste. We indicated that we are going to sell our house, fer haas would contact us, never heard anything more from him. 3 months later, we started looking for a real estate agent ourselves, Fer haas contacted us, said he would come by on Saturday April 2nd at 6 pm, at 18:25 the doorbell rang, I stated it would have been nice if you had called. Unfortunately, a very bad experience with Mr. Haas. As people looking for a home, we found a nice house on Funda where Mr. Haas was the selling real estate agent. When we called the office by phone, we were shocked by the way the phone was answered. We weren't sure if we had dialed the correct number and it seemed like we were bothering them. When our question came up whether the house was still available for a viewing, we received a rude answer that that house was long gone, after which the receiver was immediately slammed down. We were and are still flabbergasted by the way we were treated and it is enough for us to never want to do business with this real estate agent. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately, I had contact with Mr. Haas. He says he will call you back. After the viewing, he didn't call back. Subsequently, the property has already been sold. Na twee maanden de balans op gemaakt van de woning aan de Akerstraat 15 te Brunssum. Tip voor de kopende partijen die een huis kopen van meneer Haas die haar verkopers vertegenwoordigen en met name de woningen van opkopers uit Vught! Lees de contractuele constructies van meneer Haas heel goed door mbt op zijn koopovereenkomst. Neem daar goed de tijd voor. Want dat scheelt je zeker € 10.000,- in de onderhandelingen voor een koopwoning. Neem heel goed de tijd bij een bezichtiging en desnoods vraag je een tweede bezichtiging aan als je vragen hebt. Meneer Haas wilt de kopers nog wel eens snel door een woning loodsen, zodat je er een goed gevoel en vertrouwen er in hebt, zodat deze goede man met zijn goede bedoelingen de verborgen gebreken weet te verdoezelen en zeker bij de verkopende partij uit Vught. Vraag goed naar de verborgen gebreken. Je kan het bij meneer Haas niet vaak genoeg vragen want uiteindelijk weet hij en de verkopende partij uit Vught van niks. Dit laatste is belangrijk om te weten om zijn koopovereenkomst goed door te nemen. Doet de kopers dit namelijk niet, dan laat meneer Haas u achter en in de steek met een gat in de vloer waar kapotte afvoerbuizen in zitten van toiletgroepen, keukens, etc. Deze leidingen lekken en de buizen zijn verstopt. Meneer Haas heeft ook lak aan de gezondheid van kopende partijen. Als je niet oplet, wordt je een verwarmingsketel verkocht in een gevaarlijke situatie, omdat afvoer koolmonoxide lekt en de materialen die ervoor gebruikt worden zijn niet de materialen die bij een verwarmingsketel erbij horen. Meneer Haas geeft aan dat hij een goede bouwkundige kennis heeft en dit is het bewijs dat deze goede meneer over zijn ondeskundige vakmanschap heeft gelogen want hij wilt alleen maar verkopen! Ik persoonlijk ( mijn bevindingen en terechte mening ) vindt dat deze goede man met zijn goed bedoeldeadviezen nogal het lef heeft om dit huis in deze staat voor een te hoge prijs durft te verkopen aan klanten. Ik zou mij hiervoor kapot schamen! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Antwoord op de reactie van meneer Haas op 18 september 2020! U heeft de koper geen bouwkundig rapport aangeboden. Dan waren wij ervan op de hoogte. Sterker nog! Ik heb u een aantal keren gevraagd naar de verborgen gebreken! U zei al die keren dat ze er niet waren, terwijl zij er wel aanwezig waren. Ik heb het vermoeden gehad dat de makelaar en de verkopende partij uit Vught er wel van af weten, maar willens en wetens dit niet wilden vermelden voordat de koopovereenkomst is ondertekend. Vervolgens zijn de verborgen gebreken verdoezeld met loopplanken waar je pas na de dag na het bezoek pas achterkomt bij de notaris. In de koopovereenkomst opgesteld door meneer Haas worden de verkopende partij uit Vught wel vrijgesproken en vrijgesteld van de verborgen gebreken.... Dit bij elkaar opgesomd vind ik verdacht. Dus let goed op! Meneer Haas krijgt het ook voor elkaar om de koper eerst de koopovereenkomst te laten tekenen om vervolgens dan pas te melden dat de cv ketel een storing heeft. Zo gaat deze makelaar te werk. Na een goed gesprek gehad te hebben met de buren over de staat van de woning is €113.000,- met de verborgen gebreken gewoon te hoog geweest. In de aanbouw zitten gewoon overal bouwkundige gebreken en kieren. De cv ketel is gemonteerd door ondeskundige vakmanschap in met een gevaarlijke situatie voor mensen die er moeten wonen. De €113.000,- is gebaseerd op uw informatie en uw rondleiding met de door uw gemelde zichtbare schade en gebreken. U zei verder dat er niks aan de hand is en als puntje bij paaltje komt, weet meneer Haas van niks. De verkopende partij uit Vught vond het blijkbaar ook niet nodig ( wat op zich netjes zou staan ) om bij deze woning en koop erbij te zijn om de punten op de i te zetten. Wij hebben in elk geval een negatieve ervaring gehad met deze makelaar en door een stukje enthousiasme laat je helaas ook zelf steken vallen als koper! Dus let goed op als je bij meneer Haas een woning gaat kopen.

I don't recognize at all what some people are writing negatively here. We have interest in a property, called yesterday and they immediately picked up the phone. Later in the afternoon we were immediately called back and we are now waiting for an appointment to view. So far everything is going well and as it should. I always say: You don't get a 2nd chance for a 1st impression and that was simply good with this office. Everyone is allowed to give their opinion and everyone will personally experience what they think of a company and want to share their experiences based on that. I do that myself too, because this week we also had a bad experience with a real estate agent from South Limburg and I wrote about that in another review. What I find very strange here on this site is that someone suddenly decides years later to share their negative experience on this site, while you normally would do that within a short time after the experience. Why would you suddenly start sharing your bad experience on this site years later???? I find it all very strange, but doesn't mean we are simply very satisfied. But well, everyone their own opinion.

Well, here exactly the same experience, unfortunately. Nothing of your high customer satisfaction score to be noticed! When Ingrid arrived at the house (10 minutes late) the positive atmosphere that was there completely turned around. Never encountered such a distant cold person, we were looked at with a disapproving look as if Mrs. had never seen a person with a tattoo before. In 5 minutes quickly through the house, no explanation anywhere. Then we got the form pushed under our noses which we could fill in if interested, Mrs. asked about our incomes... I was really stunned. Prior to the viewing, email contact was had with Ingrid about the house, she could respond to my emails within the hour 3 times but when I asked what the rental requirements were, she never responded to my emails again! The viewing was more than a week later!!!!! So, we tell our incomes again, causing her to laugh and very nonchalantly indicate that at least by one person 3x the monthly rent amount must be earned. I don’t know what you think I have for a job but no, I do not earn 3,000 per month. When I ask why she didn't respond to my email where I asked what the requirements were, she laughs it off and starts talking about something else! Then we wouldn’t have had to take time off work! Whole afternoon for nothing. Then she also still made the great comment that we should go rent a cheap house and apply for rental allowance. I have never felt so offended, what a treacherous trick to simply let us come anyway! Ugh, left with such a strange feeling from the house, had stomach ache from it all day. Purely because of the disastrous experience with this real estate agent, I won’t even try to make another chance for the house! What a nasty person!

Edit omdat ik niet kan antwoorden: agressief hahah geweldig. Geirriteerd of agressief zijn zijn immers twee totaal verschillende gedragingen. Je kent jezelf waarschijnlijk niet en je hebt nog nooit een agressief persoon ontmoet, of je kent de betekenis van dit concept niet, en je bent een uitstekende psycholoog. Op de rest geef je geen commentaar? Ik zie dat je overal een antwoord op hebt, jammer dat het niet inhoudelijk is. Ik kan me niet herinneren dat hij de deur voor mij dichtsloeg. En ik zei "hij heeft altijd die blik op zijn gezicht" en de dame concludeerde dat hij geïrriteerd of agressief was. Ja, na een paar weken, want deze mening wil je niet meteen na het gesprek krijgen. Deze mening is niet geschreven door een "gefrustreerde" (hoe is hij?) man, maar door een volledig ongefrustreerde dame die de situatie alleen maar wilde delen zodat haar landgenoten het zelf konden verifiëren :) De situatie die mij overkwam bij makelaarskantoor Martens is zielig, totaal onprofessioneel en incompetent. Het verdient niet eens één ster. Een woordje ter introductie: mevrouw Nathalie - bij de eerste ontmoeting kusten we de deurknop omdat de dame de datum verkeerd had opgeschreven (ik moest een uur eerder weg van mijn werk, dus ik liep meteen achter), maar dat is natuurlijk lastig, zo Er gebeuren situaties, dus ik sla het over. Toen de bijeenkomst plaatsvond, waren er een paar vreemden in de kamer (ze kwamen vlak na ons binnen), in een open ruimte waar de dame ons luid vertrouwelijke informatie gaf, zoals het bedrag van de lening dat ik me kon veroorloven. Geen naleving van privacyregels. We hebben geen betrouwbare antwoorden of fundamentele (!!) informatie gekregen (natuurlijk, het meeste kan ik zelf controleren, maar ervan uitgaande dat iemand helemaal geen kennis heeft, speelt het in op onwetendheid). Na letterlijk 5 minuten kijkt mevrouw Nathalie naar haar man en zegt *let op*: HIJ IS GEERDERD. Benadrukt moet worden dat hij niets deed, hij zei niets dat gebruikt kon worden om zoiets te bevestigen, hij stelde normale vragen. Ze begon boos te worden en zei dat ze de ontmoetingen met ons niet wilde voortzetten (onderbrekend wat ik tegen haar zei), allemaal in het bijzijn van deze mensen natuurlijk. Gênant gedrag en omgangsvormen op het hoogste niveau, omdat ze opstond uit de stoel en haar handen ging wassen, waarmee ze duidelijk maakte dat ze geen interesse meer in ons had. Een man die mij wil aanmoedigen om van zijn diensten gebruik te maken, gedraagt ​​zich toch niet zo? Serieus, geen professionaliteit. How broker VeTeBe from Venlo deals with people who make an offer: Friday, May 24th, interested parties could submit a bid on a house in Helden until 13:00. We had also submitted a bid. At 13:27 I was called with the message; congratulations you have placed the highest bid, we were the lucky ones. We were very happy. However, this was short-lived. At 14:57 I was called again by VeTeBe with the message that another higher bid had come in. Unfortunately for us. Notably 2 hours after the deadline of 13:00!!!! The person with the higher bid had problems submitting it in the regular way !!!!. If we wanted, we could still submit a bid!!!!!! It's really sad how buyers are treated this way. Scandalous.

Very bad experience with Vetebe, especially for starters. When there are problems, they simply don't answer the phone and they don't call back. They can't help you any further at the office. And that while these “problems” are due to the real estate agent and the seller themselves… They do nothing about complaints.
