Mijn recensie zal iets anders zijn dan die van anderen... We wilden een huis kopen en waren doodsbang voor het hele proces. Dankzij de dames van Martens besefte ik dat het niet moeilijk was en dat het wel degelijk mogelijk was. Het hele proces verliep soepel en in een echte 'familiaire' sfeer. Hun professionaliteit en aanpak maakten het hele proces tot een waar genoegen. We wensen andere klanten een even succesvolle samenwerking toe als wij hebben gehad :)

The worst real estate agent I've ever visited. I've never had such an unpleasant conversation. For 30 minutes, I only heard how bad all the other advisors are and how good they are. I tried to make the conversation as objective as possible, but that was almost impossible. Very unprofessional.

Natalia has absolutely no interest in her clients, she doesn't pick up her phone. You have to be desperate to invest your time and effort in her. I don't recommend her. There are much better agencies, and the language barrier is not a problem. Martens is just not the same. And Aneta certainly deserves a plus, but Natalia, Natalia, you know how to treat your customers. Without your mother you would have gone back into production again.

Bewerking omdat ik geen antwoord kan geven: agressief, haha, geweldig. Geïrriteerd of agressief – dat zijn immers twee totaal verschillende gedragingen. Je weet het waarschijnlijk zelf niet, en je hebt óf nog nooit een agressief persoon ontmoet, óf je kent de betekenis van de term niet en je bent een uitstekende psycholoog. Ga je de rest niet behandelen? Ik zie dat je overal een antwoord op hebt, jammer genoeg zijn ze niet inhoudelijk. Ik kan me niet herinneren dat hij de deur voor mijn neus dichtgooide. En ik zei "hij heeft altijd die uitdrukking", waardoor jij concludeerde dat hij geïrriteerd of agressief was. Ja, na een paar weken, want je wilt deze mening natuurlijk niet direct na de ontmoeting horen. Deze mening is niet geschreven door een "gefrustreerde" (hoe is hij eigenlijk?) man, maar door een volkomen niet-gefrustreerde vrouw die de situatie gewoon wilde delen zodat mensen in mijn land het zelf konden zien :) De situatie die ik bij Martens brokerage heb meegemaakt is pathetisch, volstrekt onprofessioneel en incompetent. Het verdient nog niet eens één ster. Even een korte introductie: Mevrouw Nathalie – onze eerste afspraak verliep niet helemaal vlekkeloos omdat ze per ongeluk de datum verkeerd had opgeschreven (ik moest een uur eerder van mijn werk weg, dus ik liep meteen achter), maar goed, dat kan gebeuren, dus ik sla dat maar over. Toen de afspraak eindelijk plaatsvond, waren er een paar vreemden in de kamer (ze kwamen vlak na ons binnen), in een open ruimte waar de vrouw ons luidruchtig vertrouwelijke informatie gaf, zoals het leenbedrag dat ik kon betalen. Er was geen enkel respect voor de privacyregels. We kregen geen betrouwbare antwoorden of essentiële (!!) informatie (natuurlijk kan ik het meeste zelf controleren, maar ervan uitgaan dat iemand totaal onwetend binnenkomt, is een aanname dat ik misbruik maak van mijn onwetendheid). Letterlijk 5 minuten later keek mevrouw Nathalie mijn man aan en verklaarde: *waarschuwing*: HIJ IS GEÏRRITEERD. Het is belangrijk om te benadrukken dat hij niets had gedaan, niets had gezegd waaruit conclusies konden worden getrokken, en normale vragen stelde. Ze raakte steeds meer opgewonden en zei dat ze niet meer met ons wilde afspreken (waarbij ze me onderbrak), natuurlijk allemaal in het bijzijn van al deze mensen. Haar gedrag en manieren waren ronduit schandalig; ze stond op van haar stoel en ging haar handen wassen, waarmee ze duidelijk maakte dat ze er geen interesse meer in had. Iemand die me probeert over te halen om van hun diensten gebruik te maken, gedraagt ​​zich toch niet zo? Serieus, geen greintje professionaliteit. De vrouw beweerde dat ze dit al jaren deed en "nog nooit zoiets had meegemaakt" (eigenlijk weet ik nog steeds niet wat het was xD) – dus ik kan zeggen dat ik al jaren gebruik maak van de diensten van professionals, maar niemand heeft me ooit zo behandeld (hoewel ze naar mijn mening verre van professioneel is). Ik raad aan om direct naar een Nederlands bureau of een ander Pools bureau te gaan dat dergelijke diensten aanbiedt, want van wat ik heb gehoord, is mijn mening niet uniek. Ik wens mevrouw Nathalie veel nederigheid toe, want ze zou op een dag nog eens voor een onaangename verrassing kunnen komen te staan. Ik zou via deze vrouw nog niet eens een fiets kopen.
