The worst real estate agent I've ever visited. I've never had such an unpleasant conversation. For 30 minutes, I only heard how bad all the other advisors are and how good they are. I tried to make the conversation as objective as possible, but that was almost impossible. Very unprofessional.

Natalia has absolutely no interest in her clients, she doesn't pick up her phone. You have to be desperate to invest your time and effort in her. I don't recommend her. There are much better agencies, and the language barrier is not a problem. Martens is just not the same. And Aneta certainly deserves a plus, but Natalia, Natalia, you know how to treat your customers. Without your mother you would have gone back into production again.

Editing because I can't answer: aggressive, haha, great. Irritated or aggressive – those are indeed two completely different behaviors. You probably don't know yourself, and you either have never met an aggressive person or you don't know the meaning of the term, and you're an excellent psychologist. Aren't you going to discuss the rest? I see that you have answers everywhere, but they are not substantial. I can't remember him closing the door for me. And I said 'he always has that expression', which you concluded he was irritated or aggressive. Yes, after a few weeks, because you don't want to receive this opinion immediately after the meeting. This opinion is not written by a 'frustrated' (how is he actually?) man, but by a completely un-frustrated woman who just wanted to share the situation so people in my country could see it themselves :) The situation I experienced at Martens Real Estate is pitiful, completely unprofessional and incompetent. It doesn't even deserve one star. Just a brief introduction: Mrs. Nathalie – we had a difficult first meeting because she accidentally wrote down the wrong date (I had to leave work an hour earlier, so I was immediately late), but of course it's okay, these things happen, so I'll skip over that. When the meeting finally took place, there were a few strangers in the room (they came in right after us), in an open space where the woman gave us loud, confidential information, such as the loan amount I could pay. There was absolutely no respect for privacy policy. We didn't get any reliable answers or essential (!!) information (naturally, I can verify most of it myself, but assuming someone comes in who has absolutely no idea, I play into their ignorance). Barely 5 minutes later, Mrs. Nathalie looked at my husband and declared: *warning*: HE IS IRRITATED. It's important to emphasize that he did nothing, said nothing from which it could be inferred and asked normal questions. She started getting worked up and said she would no longer meet with us (which interrupted me), naturally, and all that in front of those people. Her behavior and manners were outright disgusting because she got up from her chair and went to wash her hands, clearly indicating that she was no longer interested. Someone who is trying to convince me to use their services doesn't behave like that? Seriously, zero professionalism. The woman claimed she had been doing it for years and 'had never seen anything like this' (actually, I still don't know what it was xD) – so I can say that I have been using the services of professionals for years, but no one has ever treated me like this (although in my opinion she's far from professional). I recommend going directly to a Dutch or another Polish office that offers such services, because as far as I've heard, my opinion is not unique. I wish Mrs. Nathalie a lot of humility, because maybe she will be genuinely surprised one day. I would never buy a bicycle from this woman. Sincerely and with kind regards.

Clear and concise. We ourselves searched for a house, but Aneta often sent offers without us asking for them. She is very patient (I always had many questions) and has extensive experience. She often advised us on important matters. I saw a review where someone complained about the effort it took to get in touch with her. If you have to deal with so many people, be present at the signing of contracts, and constantly meet with new clients, you probably don't always have time to pick up the phone... However, keep in mind that Aneta ALWAYS calls back. Even during her free time. I can wholeheartedly recommend her!
