Mrs. Natalia has no interest in the client, she doesn't answer the phone, you must be desperate to dedicate your case and time to her, I do not recommend it, there are many better agencies and the language barrier is not a problem, it’s not the same Martens. And Mrs. Aneta deserves a plus point, but Natali, Mrs. Natalia, you know very well how to treat clients, if your mother hadn't been around, it would be a return to production.

Editing because I can't answer: aggressive, haha, great. Irritated or aggressive – those are indeed two totally different behaviors. You probably don’t know yourself, and you either have never met an aggressive person, or you don’t know the meaning of the term, and you are an excellent psychologist. Are you not going to discuss the rest? I see that you have answers everywhere, it's a shame they aren't substantive. I can't remember him slamming the door in my face. And I said 'he always has that expression,' which you concluded meant he was irritated or aggressive. Yes, after a few weeks, because you don’t want to receive this opinion directly after the meeting. This opinion is not written by a 'frustrated' (how is he actually?) man, but by a completely non-frustrated woman who simply wanted to share the situation so that people in my country could see it themselves :) The situation I experienced at Martens real estate is pitiful, completely unprofessional and incompetent. It doesn’t even deserve one star. A brief introduction: Ms. Nathalie - we had a difficult first meeting because she accidentally wrote down the wrong date (I had to leave work an hour earlier, so I was immediately behind), but of course that's okay, these things happen, so I'm letting it go. When the meeting finally took place, there were some strangers in the room (they came directly after us), in an open space where the woman gave us confidential information loudly, such as the amount I could borrow. There was no respect for privacy policy. We didn’t receive reliable answers or essential (!!) information (of course, I can verify most of it myself, but assuming that someone comes in who doesn't understand anything about it, I am playing on my ignorance). Just a few minutes later, Ms. Nathalie looked at my husband and declared: *warning*: HE IS IRRITATED. It is important to emphasize that he did nothing, said nothing from which one could infer, and asked normal questions. She got upset and said she wouldn’t make any more appointments with us (interrupting me, of course), and all of that in front of those people. Her behavior and manners were downright appalling, because she stood up from her chair and went to wash her hands, making it clear that she was no longer interested. Someone who tries to convince me to use their services doesn’t behave like that, does he? Seriously, zero professionalism. The woman claimed she had been doing it for years and 'had never seen anything like it' (I still don’t really know what it was xD) – so I can say that I have been using the services of professionals for years, but no one has ever treated me like this (although she is far from professional in my opinion). I advise you to go directly to a Dutch or another Polish agency that offers such services, because from what I’ve heard, my opinion isn't unique. I wish Ms. Nathalie much humility, because maybe she will be truly surprised someday. I would never buy a bike through this woman. Thank you and kind regards.

Clear and concise. We were looking for a house ourselves, but Mrs. Aneta often sent offers herself, even though we didn't ask for it. A very patient person (I always had a lot of questions) and a lot of experience. She often advised us on serious matters. I saw a review where someone complained about difficult attempts to make contact. If you deal with so many people, you have to be present at the signing of contracts and you constantly have appointments with new clients, then you probably don't always have time to pick up the phone... Please remember, however, that Mrs. Aneta ALWAYS calls back. Even in your private time. I highly recommend her!
