Mrs. Natalia has no interest in the client, she doesn't answer the phone, you must be desperate to dedicate your case and time to her, I do not recommend it, there are many better agencies and the language barrier is not a problem, it’s not the same Martens. And Mrs. Aneta deserves a plus point, but Natali, Mrs. Natalia, you know very well how to treat clients, if your mother hadn't been around, it would be a return to production.

Editing because I can't give an answer: aggressive hahah amazing. Irritated or aggressive - those are indeed two completely different behaviors. You probably don’t know yourself and you either have never met an aggressive person, or you don’t know the meaning of this concept, and moreover, you are an excellent psychologist. Are you not addressing the rest? I see that you have an answer to everything everywhere, it's a shame they aren't substantive. I can't remember him slamming the door in my face. And I said 'that he always has such a face', from which you concluded that he was irritated or aggressive. Yes, after a few weeks, because you don’t want to hear this opinion directly after the meeting. This opinion is not written by a 'frustrated' (how is he actually?) gentleman, but by a completely unfustrated lady who only wanted to share the situation so her countrymen could verify it themselves :) The situation that happened to me at Martens Real Estate agency is pitiful, utterly unprofessional and incompetent. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Introduction: Ms. Nathalie - we kissed the doorknob during the first meeting because the lady accidentally wrote the date wrong (I had to leave work an hour earlier, so I was immediately behind), but of course it's a shame, such things happen after all, so I'll skip it. When the meeting finally took place, there were some strangers in the room (they came directly after us), in an open space where the lady gave us aloud confidential information, such as how much credit I can afford. No respect for privacy rules. We didn’t get reliable answers or basic (!!) information (of course, I can check most of it myself, but assuming that there is someone who doesn't know anything about it, this caters to ignorance). Literally after 5 minutes, Ms. Nathalie looked at her husband and said: *pay attention*: HE IS IRRITATED. It must be emphasized that he did nothing, said nothing from which such a conclusion could be drawn, he asked normal questions. She started to get upset and said she wouldn’t have the meeting with us anymore (interrupting my words, of course), all in front of those people. Embarrassing behavior and personal culture at the highest level, because she got up from her chair and went to wash her hands, making it clear that she was no longer interested in us. Someone who wants to encourage me to use their services doesn’t behave like that, does he? Seriously, zero professionalism. The lady stated that she has been doing this for years and has 'never seen anything like it' (I still don’t really know what xD) - I can say that I have been using the services of professionals for years, but no one has ever treated me like this (although the lady is far from professional in my opinion). I advise you to go directly to a Dutch or other Polish office that offers such services, because from what I’ve heard, my opinion isn’t the only one. I wish Ms. Nathalie much humility, because she may be surprised someday. I wouldn’t even want to buy a bicycle through this lady.

Clear and concise. We were looking for a house ourselves, but Mrs. Aneta often sent offers herself, even though we didn't ask for it. A very patient person (I always had a lot of questions) and a lot of experience. She often advised us on serious matters. I saw a review where someone complained about difficult attempts to make contact. If you deal with so many people, you have to be present at the signing of contracts and you constantly have appointments with new clients, then you probably don't always have time to pick up the phone... Please remember, however, that Mrs. Aneta ALWAYS calls back. Even in your private time. I highly recommend her!
