Useless business! They first make appointments and then cancel them without offering another day or time. If you are not a native Dutch speaker, you will eventually disappear from the list with the information that they also have someone else at the same time.

Rented a house in the center of Venray for two years. The house at that time had gray walls on the ground floor and a bright pink wall in the bedroom. Never given the opportunity to have the previous resident leave it white. So, a poor handover. Now for takeover, a laminate floor is offered which lies throughout the house and on the ground floor 1 yellow wall, on the 1st floor and 2nd floor 1 yellow wall. After 2 months, finally received notification that they really want to give a ridiculously low amount for the floor and we have to paint the walls white. After explanation about how we received the house, there is no room for agreement. For two years always neatly paid quite a high rent, the house very well maintained (others could learn something from that) and now stink for thanks. I do not recommend ACM as a real estate agent and am certainly not happy with the handling of the handover. Very unfortunate.
