The house we bought was sold by Hauzer&Partners. The real estate agent for this property was Patty. Patty is friendly, but was late for our viewing, and we were rushed through the house, often still standing in the previous room. Also during the final inspection, Patty was late. During the inspection it turned out that the central heating pressure was low, but according to her it wasn't a problem and we just needed to top it up. Ultimately, during the renovation we encountered a leak, and there was no understanding from the real estate agency; we only received contradiction stating they had nothing to do with this. We believe that a real estate agent has a duty to inspect such installations before the sale. We are therefore very sorry that things were handled in this way. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this real estate agent.

A very unpleasant experience with Mr. Frank Blok of real estate agent Hauzer and partners. After a period of doubt about whether or not we would move, we finally made the decision. The preliminary purchase agreement for Zwerfheide 18 in Grubbenvorst was drawn up but not yet signed. We first had to have a structural survey carried out, for which we could only make an appointment after waiting almost a week. Today! July 19th. Yesterday! we received by email that the house was sold from under our noses to third parties while our offer had already been accepted!!! Apparently this is Mr. Blok's way of working? This raises questions…. €€€€€€? We are more than not amused, let that be clear, and want to share this with others. Look before you leap.

Just bad and expensive. Bank, accountant, broker and notary request clarity in an appraisal report. With a complex property, there is no expertise available.

We have sent all the necessary documents for a rental apartment. They told us that they would only gain access to the apartment in 3-4 weeks, so we had to wait. Closer to the date, we contacted them to ask when they planned to view the apartment. They told us that the apartment had already been rented. They wasted our time, I cannot recommend them.

We had an appointment for a viewing and on the day of the appointment I was called by Patty Hauser stating that she would be late, which turned out to be more than fifteen minutes. In the meantime we looked at the house from the outside and the interest had disappeared. This was reported by phone after which Patty Hauzer became angry. Sorry but you were too late

Very bad experience with this real estate agent, let us view a house twice. Then accepts our offer. But then no purchase contract follows, a week later we have telephone contact and only then do we hear that a contract has already been signed with other buyers. So all the effort was for nothing and unnecessarily visited twice and unnecessarily made an offer, which they did accept.

What a terrible realtor!!! Still gives us a first, second and third viewing while a house has already been sold under reservation!!! And to make things even worse, he also lets us negotiate the price, our bid is accepted. We happily put our own house up for sale, we have 7 viewings planned!! (So with a bit of bad luck we'll be on the street with 2 children)...only to then be ignored for 5 days and told that the house has been sold to someone else!! What K agency!!!
