Very bad experiences.

A fine broker who thinks along with you and also takes care of things out of your hands. Keeps a good eye on the dossier deadlines, both financial and notarial aspects are well monitored. They stick to appointments well, and thankfully don't work with all sorts of customer portals where documents need to be uploaded. Just email or arrange it at the front desk. Lovely. Bought my house through them 3 years ago, and now selling again through them with great satisfaction.

Parking space purchased. After transfer, the received tag doesn't work. The broker finds it all very difficult and offers no solution. And is also behaving inappropriately on the phone (shouting). I cannot access my parking space. I am currently involved in legal proceedings. So don't enter into this. All very regrettable.

This is the second time that Taco has sold a house for us. Taco is a down-to-earth real estate agent who doesn't make things look prettier than they are, but goes 100% to get the optimal result out of it. He is fully transparent, both towards us and towards potential buyers. Furthermore, Taco knows the market well, can adapt to the situation, gives clear advice, but is not pushy. What a relief! A realtor who has both feet on the ground. There's so much hype and nonsense in the real estate world, it’s nice to have a realtor who understands the business and is also pleasant to deal with. Taco has already bought 2 houses and sold our old houses for us, definitely recommended!

Totally inhuman. It seems like it's only about their commission and they provide incorrect information. Because of them, I have lost my trust in brokers.
