I have completed my offer with this Real Estate Agency for an apartment in Rijswijk 'Bazuinlaan 7', after I had given some points to modify the contract, they cancelled it and said that the seller does not want to sell their apartment for personal reasons. In my opinion, this Real Estate Agency is shady and unreliable because the point that needed to be changed in the contract was about 10 percent bank guarantee. Be careful and do not trust this Real Estate Agency and read the entire contract.
