The contact was difficult, requests to call back were responded to late. Final appraisal well below market value and WOZ value. Used reference properties that were sold in 2018 and 2019. We all know what house prices have done after 2019. This appraiser apparently doesn't, or is there deliberate instruction from the municipality to keep the price as low as possible?
This broker is excellent. The staff are also excellent and skilled. Good information. And he appraised the house very well. He's on top of things. Without being pushy. Class.

House purchased through this realtor. He pointed out a crack in the stones of the corner house and told me that it was normal for corner houses. Now I hear that that is not the case at all. The mortar and stones must be replaced. Cost 6000 eur.

One talks too much, the other too little. Then you call De Vreij, who discusses the right things and handles the information he has about buyers, sellers and their homes with integrity. The right real estate agent for us!
The best man is a very shrewd and underhanded broker, with a prejudice against the person himself. Certainly not objective in his actions and behavior. When you see him you exactly know what I mean. The overall actions and behavior betray the dishonesty as well as the incompetence of him as a broker. The price formations of the relevant properties smell of crime, so it won't surprise me if the whole thing gets dug up today or tomorrow. If you are looking for a good broker then I would definitely advise to skip him. Because a warned man is always worth 2.
