Real estate services, insurance, mortgages and the bank all under one roof. It doesn't get any easier than that, and we are happy to take advantage of it. Short lines of communication, decisive, clear and honest advice (even if it is not feasible). You are not a number but a customer who feels like a good acquaintance, and that is mutual. The only disadvantage is that more people know this, so it's sometimes a bit crowded, a reminder may be needed. For us, Van der Meer Adviesgroep is a pleasant company to work with, and we will certainly continue to do so in the future! Arjan & Myrte.

4 years ago, we also went to vd meer for help with a mortgage. We were helped so well back then that we contacted them again. Good assistance from the mortgage team. Every question we later had via email was neatly answered the same day. No question is too much. The only thing we still had to do was submit documents; the rest was taken out of our hands. We knew exactly where we stood, which allowed us to purchase quickly even in this time. Very nice!

We have now had contact with v/d meer adviesgroep for quite some time in various areas. Sales, Advice, purchase and insurance. The team in Roelofarendsveen went out of their way to explain things as well as possible (for people without knowledge), professional approach with quality personnel and all expertise in-house!. Teams work well together to present a perfect offer / advice for the customer that you can actually use! With every 'stupid' question, we were always able to reach them via telephone, email and even whatsapp contact. Personal guidance throughout every step of the sales and purchase process! I would like to highlight the following points regarding the service: Insurance: We had all our insurance policies transferred to v/d meer adviesgroep after contacting them. After a few phone calls and submitting documents, they came up with a good offer and provided extensive information as we requested. Everything taken out of our hands and fully arranged (including cancelling the old one) Sales: Personal contact and assistance down to the letter of the relevant documentation has been top! Contact adapted to how the customer is and not at all eager for the ultimate money they get for it. Purchase: Requesting quotes for a mortgage, but also arranging the notary and appraisal was excellent from the team! I have rarely had so much confidence in a company! Advice: The advice was always clear, without too many difficult words. Personal contact with someone to whom we could tell everything that still held us back. I never doubted whether a question was too much for them. Really super thanks for all the headaches! Sander van Schie
